INCENTCO’s executive team has experience in management, marketing, technology, finance and business development with public and privately held companies in multiple business sectors. The team is hands-on, creative and dedicated to the success of all INCENTCO clients.

Greg Smith

As a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of INCENTCO, Greg Smith provides strategic direction and oversight to the Incentco operation in the areas of strategic planning, finance, accounting, capital funding, legal, human resources, operations, sales management, technology services, as well as investor communications and distributions. Mr. Smith, with over 35 years of broad business experience, especially in multiple facets of the Real Estate industry, brings with him a diverse track record of accomplishments and experience to the Incentco organization.

Prior to joining INCENTCO in 2009, Mr. Smith was an Executive Vice President of Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR). His 14 year career at EQR included key positions on the Executive and Investment
Committees, EVP and President of EQR’s Central Division, EVP of Asset Management, as well as EVP of Portfolio Management. He played a significant role in the growth of the company, as it peaked to over 220,000 apartments during his tenure.

Mr. Smith’s extensive senior level career in the Real Estate industry includes positions at Strategic Realty Advisors Inc., (a real estate and advisory company) as Senior Vice President, and VMS Realty Partners, a sponsor of public and private real estate limited partnerships. Mr. Smith also founded and operated Lombard Properties, a private real estate investment and development company based in Dallas, Texas.

Gerry Wiatrowski

As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of INCENTCO, Gerry Wiatrowski provides strategic direction for the company including product platform design, market strategy, and business opportunity development. Mr. Wiatrowski began developing the technology and business strategy for the INCENTCO platform in 2007, which has been highly acclaimed by the marketplace. Identifying a ‘void’ in the loyalty and rewards industry for turnkey incentive solutions that are consumer driven, Mr. Wiatrowski assembled an executive team that was able to ‘bring to market’ a program and platform that provides the ultimate in incentive solutions for both customers and employees of any industry or specific business.

Mr. Wiatrowski brings over 30 years of strategic marketing and management experience to the INCENTCO executive team. His career at the executive level in both private and public companies brings a diverse resume of marketing accomplishments. Most recently, Mr. Wiatrowski served as CEO of Cox Custom Media, a firm that developed custom marketing programs for multiple business sectors. Mr. Wiatrowski also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR), the largest owner of apartment communities in the US. Mr. Wiatrowski has been a small business owner, creating a marketing consulting firm specializing in brand development and tactical deployment strategies for B2B and B2C companies.

Monica Murphy

As Chief Accounting Officer, Monica Murphy is responsible for the oversight of all Accounting and Finance functions of INCENTCO and its various business units. She also manages the New Client set up, Customer Service, Data processing and Administrative Support functions of the company.

An Accounting and Finance veteran with over 25 years of experience of providing financial services to the apartment industry, Ms. Murphy most recently worked as Vice President of Financial Services at Equity Residential. At Equity, she developed the industry’s foremost budgeting and forecasting model for multi-family properties and supervised the entire budgeting department. While at Equity Residential Ms. Murphy was also responsible for the financial management, including analysis, budgeting and employee budgeting for the Central Division which comprised over 55,000 units with a staff of almost 2,000 employees. Prior to joining Equity Residential, Ms. Murphy worked as Vice President-Finance for Archstone Apartments, (formerly known as Security Capital Pacific Trust) and their multi-family operations. She also is the former Controller for Wilson-Schanzer.

Business Development

Mickey Cummings

As Executive Vice President of INCENTCO, Mickey Cummings is responsible for client relations and integrated marketing efforts for INCENTCO’S Health & Wellness, Real Estate, and Retail business units in the western United States. He customizes INCENTCO’S Loyalty & Rewards platforms for clients, resulting in increased revenues, expense reductions, greater customer experiences, as well as enhanced employee motivation and performance. He oversees INCENTCO’S customizable “Associate Rewards” program across all business units in western states.

Prior to joining INCENTCO in August 2011, Cummings spent 12 years as a Senior Vice President with Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR), the nation’s largest multi-family housing REIT. He was responsible for property operations and overall management for 25,000 to 40,000 apartment units annually, in 12 states across the USA. Previously, as President of Oakwood Management Company, Cummings directed the nation’s leading provider of Corporate Temporary Housing, and set it up for its expansion internationally-now known as Oakwood World Wide. As President, he was responsible for the overall growth and performance for Oakwood Corporate Housing, Oakwood Apartments, as well as the Home Services and Corporate Sales divisions of the company. A former small business owner, Mr. Cummings founded the AZ Sports Concussion Center, a concussion testing operation serving thousands of youth and high school athletes annually in Arizona.

Chuck Raines

As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Chuck Raines is responsible for client relations, business development, and integrated marketing efforts for INCENTCO’S Real Estate, Retail, and Health & Wellness business units in the central and eastern United States.

Prior to joining INCENTCO in 2010, Raines served as the National Executive Recruiter for BG Personnel Services in Dallas, Texas. He specialized in executive level recruiting for the multi-family industry and represented many of the nation’s most well-known property management companies.

Chuck’s significant career in the real estate industry allows him to implement ROI driven customer and associate rewards programs using INCENTCO’S platform from an “owners” business perspective-extremely valuable for his clients. Chuck’s thirty-plus year career in real estate management and brokerage has included significant roles at Fifteen Asset Management (Vice President/Multi-Family Division), Simpson Property Group (Regional VP), Equity Residential-NYSE: EQR (Senior Regional Manager), Steven D. Bell & Company, Summit Properties, and R&B Realty Group/Oakwood Apartments. He gained his Commercial Brokerage experience with Intertex Real Estate Corporation and Rick Skiles & Associates.

Bruce Salter

As Senior Vice President, Mr. Salter is responsible for internal and external client development and support for INCENTCO on a national basis. Known for developing and providing world class customer service to his clients, Mr. Salter anticipates and exceeds the needs and expectations of his clients while producing strong financial outcomes. With over 29 years of executive level experience, Mr. Salter drives business growth and value for his clients.

Prior to joining INCENTCO, Mr. Salter’s career includes experience at two of the nation’s most admired real estate and service companies, Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR), and R&B Realty Group—currently known Oakwood World Wide and Oakwood Apartments. At Equity Residential, Mr. Salter’s roles included that of National Senior Vice President-Operations, Area Vice President, and Divisional Vice President. All three roles involved the performance management of large multi-family property portfolios. At Oakwood, in addition to multi-family real estate responsibilities, Mr. Salter provided oversight for several divisions of Oakwood Corporate Housing, the nation’s leader in extended stay Corporate Housing. His day to day involvement included operations management, sales management, customer service, quality control, and client relations.
